My name is Mamad Mossadegh and I am a wedding and portrait photographer based in Nottingham.
I first got seriously involved in photography back in the 80’s as I dipped my fingers into developing trays in the school darkroom when I was studying for my photography O’Level. I went on to attain an A’Level the next year.
The passion continued when in 1990 I graduated from Brooks Institute, in California, where I was awarded a BA (Hons) degree in Photography and have been professionally photographing people for the past 25 years.
I knew from then on that I wanted to use the photographic medium to tell stories.
My work has been published in various magazines, appeared on several book covers as well as music CD’s.
I was runner up in the Professional Photographer of the year Awards (PPOTY 2014) for the wedding photography category and voted top 10 most popular photographers in England in the Wedding Industry Experts Awards 2014.
I am a storyteller and a Nottingham Wedding Photographer. I would be honoured to tell the story of your big day.
